This course is accredited by the RICS and is the leader in its field since its launch 25 years ago, with a network of 550 alumni.
The real-estate sector is in need of top-tier senior managers with the technical, legal, commercial and financial knowledge to ensure the cohesiveness of the assembly of operations, the supervision of construction and management of built assets. These agile senior managers must meet the real-estate sector’s new requirements: BIM, digital technology, energy transition, quality of use services, etc.

These targeted professions can be exercised in private and public structures, in the real-estate and construction sectors (housing, offices, public or private facilities). 

Practical focus 

• One-and-a-half-year MOGI course on a shared basis: 1 week of classes and 3 weeks in the company
• Next start date: first quarter of 2025
• 650 hours of training
