Program Ambitions
The professional bachelor’s degree in “Surveying, Roads, and Utilities” from UPEC (University of Paris-Est Créteil), offered by ESTP in partnership with CFA Egletons, aims to train mid-level managers capable of meeting the needs of surveying firms, construction companies, civil engineering, urban planning organizations, and local authorities. This program leads directly to professional employment.

 

Career Opportunities
Graduates of this program can pursue careers such as:

  • Surveyor in construction companies or civil engineering firms
  • Assistant Surveyor Engineer in surveying firms
  • Geomatic Surveyor in technical departments of local authorities or with project owners
     

Skills
At the end of the program, you will be able to:

  • Perform land surveys and produce topographic maps
  • Conduct measurements and position structures
  • Participate in design studies (CAD/CAO, GIS)
  • Conduct implementation studies and manage the construction of roads, utilities, and infrastructure (roads, drainage, distribution networks, telecommunications, public lighting, bike paths, etc.)
  • Master detection and georeferencing of all types of underground networks
  • Utilize advanced technologies for digital acquisition and modeling of geographic information

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be under 30. Non-EU candidates must have completed one year of study in France in initial education to be eligible for an apprenticeship contract.

This program is open to holders of:

  • BTS in Surveying and Digital Modeling
  • BTS in Public Works
  • BUT 2 in Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction
  • Second-year Bachelor’s in Geography, Urban Planning, or similar fields
  • Other bac+2 diplomas compatible with the program
