This course is accredited by the RICS and has been the leader in its field since its launch 25 years ago, with a network of 550 alumni.
The real-estate sector is in need of top-tier senior managers with the technical, legal, commercial and financial knowledge to ensure the cohesiveness of the assembly of operations, the supervision of construction and management of built assets. These agile senior managers must meet the real-estate sector’s new requirements: BIM, digital technology, energy transition, quality of use services, etc.

These targeted trades can be exercised in private and public structures, in the real-estate and construction sectors (housing, offices, public or private facilities). 

Practical focus 

• One-year full-time MOGI course, 6 months of classes and 6 months of work experience in a company
• Next start in October 2024
• 650 hours of training

Over the last three years, 95% of our graduates have obtained their degree

86% of our graduates find a job within 6 months of obtaining their Specialised Master's degree
