Professional Integration Statistics
- 96.5% employed within 4 months: The majority of our graduates (96.5%) found their first job within four months after leaving the school, with 59.1% securing employment even before graduation.
- 89% signed a permanent contract: Job stability is a reality for our graduates, with 89% of them having signed a permanent contract (CDI).
- 59% hold impactful positions: More than half of our graduates believe that their current position has a significant impact, actively contributing to the ecological and energy transition.
Employment Means and Sectors
- Final-year internship: This remains the main springboard to the first job for our students, facilitating their entry into the professional world.
- Annual gross salary on the rise: The average annual gross salary of our young graduates is over €46,000, including bonuses, marking a 1.6% increase compared to the previous year.
- Key sectors: Construction and public works continue to dominate the sectors hiring our graduates, confirming the strength of these industries.
Diversity of Career Paths and Future Professions
The professional integration of our young engineers remains at a very high level, with diversified career opportunities. There is also a notable emergence of professions related to decarbonization and the energy transition, rapidly growing fields that are increasingly attracting our graduates.
